PermitAI is a proprietary permit-readiness support tool for contractors and project teams. It identifies possible review risks using local rules and saved project information.
All PermitAI source code, documentation, user interface, workflows, prompts, analysis logic, databases, generated materials, and related project assets are proprietary and all rights are reserved. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, host, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use PermitAI outside an expressly authorized pilot or written agreement.
PermitAI does not replace a licensed architect, engineer, attorney, code consultant, or the authority having jurisdiction. Users must verify all code interpretations with the applicable city, county, and reviewing agency.
Do not upload information you are not authorized to use. Do not enter payment card numbers inside PermitAI. Payments, when enabled, are handled only by a hosted third-party checkout provider.
By using this local test workspace, you accept that results are informational, must be professionally reviewed before permit submission, and do not grant any ownership or redistribution rights.
